CPL Weekly Report Template

Log your key metrics, content output, and lessons learned every week. Spot trends before they become problems. Data stays in your browser — no account needed.

How to use: Fill out one report per week. Be honest — this is for you, not for anyone else. Review the last 4 weeks before planning the next one. Tab to move between fields, Enter to confirm edits.

Why write a weekly report?

Most CPL affiliates skip reflection and jump straight to the next test. A 5-minute weekly report forces you to:

  • See patterns — which traffic sources, offers, or content types consistently perform
  • Catch problems early — declining conversion rates or rising costs before they hurt
  • Make better decisions — when you can see 4 weeks of data side by side, the right move is usually obvious
  • Stay motivated — progress feels slow day to day but is visible week to week

How to export to Google Sheets

  1. Click Copy as TSV above — all report data copies to your clipboard.
  2. Open Google Sheets and create a blank spreadsheet.
  3. Click cell A1 and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).
  4. Each week becomes a row. Add charts to visualize trends over time.

Sections explained

Week # / Dates
Which week this report covers. Use consistent naming (Week 1, Week 2...) for sorting.
Traffic
Total pageviews and unique visitors from GA or your analytics tool. Zero is fine — write it down anyway.
CPL Metrics
Clicks sent to offers, conversions recorded, conversion rate (auto-calculated), revenue, and costs (traffic, tools, content).
Content Published
Articles, resource pages, or other content shipped this week. Keeps you accountable to your publishing cadence.
Network Activity
Applications submitted, approvals, rejections, new offers added to your test queue, AM conversations.
Top Win
The single best thing that happened this week. Forces you to recognize progress even in slow weeks.
Key Lesson
The most important thing you learned. This compounds — 12 weeks of lessons is a playbook.
Next Week Priority
The ONE thing you will focus on next week. Prevents scattered effort.
Privacy note: All data is saved in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server. Clearing your browser data will remove saved entries. Export regularly to Google Sheets for backup.
